# Troubleshooting

## Quote errors

Quote validation errors return `REJECTED`.

| Description                                  | Fix                                                       |
| -------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| Travel, lodging or event details are missing | Send the request category details                         |
| Departure date or return date is missing     | Send both dates (return date is required for round trips) |
| Departure date is not before the return date | Correct the trip dates                                    |
| Total trip cost is zero                      | Send the total trip cost                                  |
| Check-in date is not before check-out date   | Correct the lodging dates                                 |

## Purchase statuses

| Status                | Meaning                                                                                                                                                  |
| --------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `CHARGED` / `SUCCESS` | Validation passed (partner credentials, ACCAM, duplicate check) and the card was charged.                                                                |
| `DUPLICATE`           | Another purchase with the same Partner Booking ID was processed within 24 hours of the purchase date. Resend with a unique Partner Booking ID if needed. |
| `FAILURE`             | Invalid data, such as total price, trip dates, region or product.                                                                                        |

For `FAILURE` responses, check that the total price, trip dates and region match the quote request, then correct and resend. Product price must equal premium + taxes + donation. If a retry fails, show a customer-friendly error and contact your Allianz Partners representative.
