UAT and production gateways

Allianz provides a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment and a production environment. Behavior is the same in both; only the URL and the partner password change.

Requests must send Content-Type: application/json. Without it the service returns a 404.

The SDKs default to the Staging environment. Pass Production to switch both services at once.
